Summary
In this chapter, you learned how you can work with FogBugz on a day-to-day basis. You learned about the different categories of cases and the different ways in which a case can get to FogBugz. You also saw the parts of a case and learned which information should be entered where. I also demonstrated some of the useful tools that FogBugz provides for your daily work: screenshots, filters, and links.
You might be wondering at this point where some of the choices in FogBugz come from. For example, who chooses the projects and areas that are available to you when you enter a new case? For the answer, turn to the next chapter, where I’ll cover some of the customization that your FogBugz administrator can do to the product.
