Abstract

Imagine that someone comes to you with a problem that is troubling them. How are you going to help them to feel better? Perhaps you can think of a time when you had a problem and someone helped you to feel better. Can you remember what the other person did that helped? You might like to jot down one or two notes about what you remember:
