Abstract

This chapter aims to provide an insight into the development of Integrated Community Care Policy in Mental Health and the Models of Service Provision that have been developed. It will also identify the relationships between Primary and Secondary Services and explore how this has led to an Integrated Care Co-ordination Framework for Health and Social Care in Mental Health.
