Abstract
Professional development is the umbrella term for all that you do to keep growing and producing in the field of religious studies. It includes teaching effectiveness, especially the development now of computer skills to bring your teaching into line with contemporary modes. Effectiveness of communication is something we can all use help on, whether oral or written.
