Family reunions are often large events which require advance planning, data processing and feedback analysis. The successful planning, budgeting and organizing of this modernized social gala are a considerable feat. Several desktop solutions exist to aid reunion planners, but at the same time they are limited to use only by the planners. is a proposed information system tailored to organizing all types of family reunion gatherings in a distributed fashion. The system will allow planners and family members to be abreast of all information during the planning process, pre and post event. This research uses the software development life cycle to provide a structured analysis of the information needed to economically, socially and sequentially produce a desired and joyous event.
