城市可持续发展 (SUD) 概论

摘要

本文旨在对稳定的生态结构所具有的特征进行研究, 并将之与城市结构的特点进行比较。稳定生态系统在物质流动循环方面效率高, 同时可以利用可再生能源 (太阳能), 从而被视为利用自然方法实现自身可持续发展的一个典范。其中的动力学原理可以为人类系统的环境可持续发展提供参考。通过对人类系统和自然系统之间的不同点进行区分, 本文利用生态类比的方法, 对城市的环境低效能问题进行了剖析, 并提出了可行的解决办法。在指出可能对城市可持续发展能力产生重大影响的一系列问题之后, 本文着重对改进的代谢模式 (也称新城市代谢模式) 进行了深入的分析。该模式充分考虑了制度因素可能产生的影响, 为描述和分析城市的动态环境及其效能提供了一种工具。
