International and Inner Transboundary River Basins in the Kaliningrad Oblast, South-Eastern Baltic

Present paper gives an overview of transboundary lagoons and river basins in the South-Eastren Baltic, with specific focus on the Vistula Lagoon catchment as a main shared watershed between Kaliningrad Oblast (Russian Federation) and Poland. Management issues for shared river basins in Kaliningrad Oblast are discussed.
