Abstract
Charge simulation method is a new boundary type method in which the solution is a linear combination of fundamental solutions with unknown constants. Green’s functions are used as the fundamental solution. In this paper the use of this method is described to solve vibration problem especially plate vibration after explaining the method using a static problem for better understanding. Results are given for various cases and compared with existing solutions.
