- 392 Downloads
Chapter 6 explores the second epicycle of Immersion–Emersion where assistant principals come face to face with external school and district socialization demands. This period of shocks, surprises, and “absurd contrasts” is exacerbated by the ill-defined nature of the role of the assistant principal.
