Abstract
At the top of the life goals of graduates four years after graduation are those that could be linked to the concept of post-materialistic orientation (Inglehart): personal development was rated by about 90 per cent of the graduates in all countries as “important” or “very important” (data are not available from the Czech Republic, Finland, Norway and Japan).
