Abstract
Albania, as a factor of peace and stability in the region, does not support terrorist acts in all of its forms, and will continue to devote its efforts for the strengthening of regional and European security. In this context, the Albanian Parliament has approved Law No 7, dated 10 October 2001, entitled “Albania is a member of the coalition against worldwide terrorism”, which states “The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Order, the Ministry of Defense, and the National Intelligence Service need to review the related legislation and make further improvements for fighting against the terrorism”.
