This article describes VoxSurf’s experiences using VoiceXML 2.0 to build and deploy the VxOne Unified Messaging application. Several of the issues encountered in developing this application are discussed including the generation of dynamic pages, with particular reference to customer configuration of the UI, speed and latency of the application and prompt generation.
