Abstract
In the present report the process of correlation measurements that serves as the basis for thermoacoustic devices [1 ] is briefly considered. We also discuss the new possibilities arising when additional sources of thermal fields or specially generated random fiields are introduced into the system. This method of tomograph operation can be called active-passive. It uses both types of fields.
