Abstract
Bruce works as the Education Officer of the large and politically powerful Union of Teachers. In that role he is required to plan, manage, and evaluate the various educational programs that the Union Executive decides are to be run either for any particular sector of the Union membership, or as public education campaigns in the interests of Union members.
