IN THIS CASE STUDY WE AIM TO:

LOOK AT the advantages and disadvantages of introducing a partnership agreement in local government organisation in the UK

REVIEW the reasons why the issue of partnership has come to prominence

DESCRIBE the main features of partnership agreements and DISCUSS the implications they have posed
-
DISCOVER your views on how the management of a local authority should respond to a proposal from a new union official to implement such an agreement.
