Abstract
Doukhoborism, like Christianity itself, has upon it the mark of time and place. The time is here limited to 300 years, the place to areas where Doukhobors have grouped together and clung tenaciously to their sectarianism. This arbitrarily excludes the beliefs of those Doukhobors who have individually escaped the cohesive whirl of communalism and now live unobtrusively amongst other people.
