Abstract

There are many kinds of pollution to be considered as possible results of uncontrolled industrial activity. Those most obviously related to industrial lubrication are ground and water pollution, which in both general and specific terms are the main concern of this chapter. A preliminary warning on atmospheric pollution is included.
