Abstract

Bacteria live in and on the human body and people frequently carry food poisoning bacteria on their skin, in their noses or in their intestinal tract. Therefore, it is very important that food handlers keep themselves clean while working in the kitchen and avoid unhygienic habits that could spread bacteria to the food they are preparing.
