Abstract

This chapter describes how we conducted this survey. The main questions and key concepts (as operationalized in the questionnaire) are presented. Our general strategy for this international survey is explained. In the second part, the results and initial statistical analyses of the concepts included are presented. This chapter provides the conceptual and statistical foundation for the analyses in the following chapters.
