Abstract

Once a KK system has been fully specified the next task is to replace the unknown parameters which appear in its behavioural relationships with actual numbers. The process by which this task is completed is known as estimation. Many methods are available for undertaking the estimation job and the next three chapters are concerned in one way or another with these methods.
