Abstract

In the previous chapter I explored some of the principles of diagnostics when attempting to find out where an organisation is trying to start a management and organisation development intervention from. Over the past few years, we have found this aspect of our work of increasing importance in creating successful activities. There is a very simple but powerful reason for this.
