Abstract

The ACP states are a varied and polyglot group. That is well known. Less well known is the fact that these countries are for the most part unique in the extent to which they are trade dependent. The nature of the ACP’s dependence on trade is of special significance at this juncture in time, given the arrangements evolving in relation to the international trade regime.
