Abstract

The fast growth of interest representation at the European level in recent years has brought its own problems. If the estimates that there is one person working in the Brussels interest representation environment for every Commission staff member (excluding translators and secretarial staff) are at all accurate (Chapters 1 and 3), there is now a danger of overcrowding.
