Abstract

Corporate strategy is concerned with directing and guiding the inception and growth of organisations, and the changes that occur as they conduct their activities. A clearly articulated and accurate strategy is at the core of all successful commercial and public activities. Indeed, where success is not forthcoming, this is often because this clarity is missing.
