Abstract
After some years of wild and scientifically insufficiently-grounded discussions, the theme of environment has become politically very important. Environmental policies are launched not only at a national, but also at an international level, and scientists have to improve their means of analysing the phenomenon, in order to increase the efficiency of these policies.
