Abstract
Readers of the Yeats Annual will not need to be reminded of Tom Parkinson’s contribution to Yeats studies, but there are other aspects of his life and career that deserve to be memorialised. These include his role as a teacher and colleague, his work as a poet, and his role in the literary milieu of the San Francisco Bay area.
