Abstract

During the past few years, the amount of discussion concerning Japanese management has declined. The main reason for this decline is that Japanese management itself has reached a watershed and is undergoing deep changes. This seems much more convincing than simply arguing, as some do, that the debate regarding Japanese management has been exhausted.
