Abstract
In this final chapter, we provide a general account of the discussion and highlights of the workshop. Some of the major issues covered are organised under four broad themes:

the need for better poverty indicators;
-
priority guidelines for the development of poverty indicators;
-
sustainable systems for poverty monitoring;
-
international action for anti-poverty measurement.
