Abstract

Now that you have decided on your topic, have collected your written or spoken material, and have completed your transcription, you are in a position to start writing up your project in earnest. Your examination syllabus may not suggest a format for your final project but you will need to organise your finished product in some way. A good guide on how to organise such a large task is given in the University of London syllabus. It is suggested that your project should be presented in the following five sections:

  • Introduction

  • Description

  • Transcription or Material

  • Analysis

  • Evaluation
