Abstract
It seems to me appropriate for the conclusion of a long book to be brief. Any attempt at summary in this case would be largely self-defeating since to further condense a highly condensed book would not be very useful. Instead, I want to remind the reader of a few points that I consider crucial in interpreting this book. Also I want to project into the future, suggesting how the framework developed here might be further developed.
