Abstract

On its own, information is not enough. It resembles an off-peak electric radiator system in which energy goes only one way — from the main grid into the individual radiators. It discharges heat steadily during the daytime, gradually running down towards nightfall and then stores up overnight. Using the same model, information can flow only from the service system to the users.
