Abstract

I was born on 29 December 1914. My father originally came from Aguera, towards the Asturian coast, and after he got married he worked as a carpenter in a large workshop at Trubia making or repairing carts. But later he rented a mill at Paladin, which is right next to my mother’s village. And that’s how we all came to be born there, in the flour.
