Abstract
As we stressed in the Preface, our study funded by the Harold Macmillan Trust covered only a limited number of countries, all in the Eastern Hemisphere. In Chapter 13, we reviewed computer education in six countries in South-East Asia. During our study we also obtained reports from other developing countries, and this chapter offers short summaries, arranged alphabetically, with the aim of rounding out the international picture as much as possible. We believe they are likely to be of interest to our readers even where it has not been possible to obtain very recent data.
