Abstract
I fully support Mao Zedong’s opening words, and am in thorough agreement with the three reports given by the Central Committee of the Party, with the Revised Draft of the Party Constitution and with the Draft Proposals for the Second Five-year Plan. Now I should like to express a few opinions concerning the planning work for our national economy, and request comrades to offer correction on any points.
Speech given by Comrade Li Fuchun, ‘For the Sake of Socialist Construction Strengthen Planning Work Throughout the Country’ (24 September 1956), Xinhua Banyuekan (New China Semi-monthly) (1956), no. 21.
