Abstract

This book attempts to demystify the processes that occur in psychotherapy. It describes in everyday language the kinds of conflict that drive people to seek therapy. The feelings and processes that people have experienced in therapy as they struggled to gain a better understanding of themselves are shared in detail through the use of many different examples.
