Abstract
This is one of the most difficult and yet rewarding parts of our work. It taxes all our resources. Each new patient is both a fresh challenge and an opportunity, and we not only give, but also receive. Above all we require humility, we must be on guard that we never regard ourselves as infallible or as the only and best judges of a patient’s needs.
