Abstract

Nowadays, the humble shampoo has taken on the role of cosmetic agent as well as cleanser to remove grease, dust and loose cells. People’s expectations of shampoo are now so high that if good results are not immediately evident after use, they change product sooner than question their own way of using it. Media advertisers try to persuade us that only by using their brand of shampoo will we be able to obtain the quality of hair the girls in their ads have. Well, a shampoo can’t alter hair quality but with some basic groundwork, including finding the right product for your type, you can get a step closer to having the hair you want.
