Abstract
Offices in many countries are now buzzing with noisy machinery. There are telephones and telexes, reprographic machines, electric typewriters and many kinds of computers. Electronic typewriters, micro-computers, word processors and viewdata systems have already made their impact in large organisations and are spreading fast to smaller concerns.
