Abstract
I called on Mr Stephens to ascertain his views about Mr Michael Ireland’s book, ‘The Return of the Hero.’ I found Mr Stephens in Paris. There was a bock, cool, limpid, golden, at his right hand. A demi-londres was between his teeth; and his eyes were turned inwards, digesting the sunlight that bathed him — I explained my errand.
