Abstract
This book has been intentionally constructed of a range of individual viewpoints, and there are, therefore, several points of conflict in the text. This chapter is not intended to provide a bland consensual summary to gloss over those differences. There are, however, certain general conclusions that can be reached about developments to date, some pointers as to where we might go next, and among these, some issues where others may learn from our successes and failures.
