Abstract

A large amount of data has been presented in the last eight chapters. We thought it might be helpful to readers to make a summary in note form at this point, bringing together and highlighting the main findings. This might also be useful to those who wish to read the findings quickly and in shorter form. Readers may, however, prefer to skip this chapter altogether and move to the overview in Chapter 16.
