Abstract

The initial feasibility study for a proposed computer application brought the systems analyst into contact with the people concerned with the planning and management in the particular application area. Such people were familiar with the end objectives of the activities carried out in that area, and with their relationship to activities carried out elsewhere in the organisation, and outside of the organisation.
