Abstract
The objective of this phase is to obtain an operational system, fully documented. The main activities which take place are:

Write and debug all computer programs.

Create master files.
-
Prepare documentation for ADP and user departments.
-
Acquire all necessary equipment, stationery, etc.
-
Train ADP and user staff to use system.
-
Supervise phasing-in of system parts.
-
The testing and proving of all parts of the system.
