Abstract

Some experts consider that a systems analyst’s job is approximately 40% technical and 60% human relations. This 60% human relations content does itself have a number of facets, among the most important of which may be considered:

  • Choosing a team to conduct a project.

  • Leading a team.

  • Communicating ideas.

  • Giving technical instructions.

  • Obtaining information.
