The Psychology of Acquiring: Why Employees Act the Way They Do
To fully understand the ramifications of why acquisitions create such stress and employee angst, it is important to explore how employees feel and think during the process: their concerns and reactions to events. In order to do so, I have used principally my own research into employee behaviour during acquisition as a basis for this chapter.
