Lateralising the Project

Abstract

Our definition of allies has a fault: one could be misled into believing that allies are a fixed part of a problem which must be solved. Nothing is further from the truth:
  • First, the sociodynamic position of a player is not a fixed part of his or her personality. Depending on the project, the same individual might become a golden triangle, a passive or an opponent.

  • Moreover, for the same project that position may vary, depending on time.

  • Most importantly, it can vary depending on an individual’s understanding of the project.
