Abstract

This chapter focuses on the analysis of outcomes, possibilities and limitations. There are two basic conditions multi-criteria evaluation methods should satisfy in order to be meaningful. The influence of adding criteria and/or alternatives with regard to outcomes will be discussed. Outcomes will turn out to vary by adding alternatives and/or criteria. Finally, recommendations will be made concerning the use of the analytical methods.
