Abstract

In each of the organizations we have worked with there have been numerous opportunities to improve the performance of the business. Indeed in most there have been more opportunities than could be coped with at any one time. This chapter is about deciding which of these opportunities to exploit, based upon the company vision and strategy you have developed for your business, and about setting up the mechanisms to exploit them.
