Abstract

Are you a well organised person? Can you always find the things you need, when you need them? How many times have you had to spend time searching around looking for something? In business, time is valuable. Failure to process paperwork efficiently can be a major obstacle to the smooth running of a business. A missing document or a mislaid contract can have serious consequences. The purpose of a filing system is to keep documents safe, orderly and easy to find. Filing is the process of storing documents in an orderly way, so that they may be retrieved at any time for reference. It is particularly important in businesses that produce large quantities of paperwork.
