Abstract
Employer or Contractor must give written notice to the other when that party requires a dispute/difference, under Article 5, to be referred to arbitration. Then:
-
(a)
the dispute/difference must be referred to arbitration (and final decision thereunder),
-
(b)
the Arbitrator must be agreed by the parties (failure to so agree within 14 days of the date of the written notice — person named in the Appendix to appoint the Arbitrator on request of either Employer or Contractor).
