Abstract

Employer or Contractor must give written notice to the other when that party requires a dispute/difference, under Article 5, to be referred to arbitration. Then:

  1. (a)

    the dispute/difference must be referred to arbitration (and final decision thereunder),

  2. (b)

    the Arbitrator must be agreed by the parties (failure to so agree within 14 days of the date of the written notice — person named in the Appendix to appoint the Arbitrator on request of either Employer or Contractor).
